Blues Deluxe amplifier
Fender unveiled its "Tweed" series amps to great success and acclaim in 1993. The concept: What if a great old collectable 1950s Deluxe or Bassman was customized with channel switching and? Reverb Behold the Reissue Blues Deluxe-a vintage-style tube amp with "boutique" tone at a great price that many a pro rock, country and blues player has used to superb effect. This amp impressed my with the quality and warm sound of the clean channel. Overdrive channel is also great for blues of folk, where not a huge amount of gain is needed. For songs where a more distorted sound is needed, I recommend a distortion/OD pedal in front of the amp's OD channel at low gain ranges. the only negative note would be that the master knob doesn't control the clean channel's volume.
