...very loud!!! You shouldn't be fooled by the 40W transistors; there's plenty of headroom... However, the "dirt road" sound, when used in clean operation without any additional effects, is incredibly honest – this could be a great find for blues and jazz players. I only use it as a platform for pedals; the built-in EHX speaker sounded too bright and centered to me. I now have a Celestion speaker and it still sounds very clean and "in your face," which makes the distortion pedals sound much better. The built-in reverb (including the footswitch!) doesn't need any comment – it's EHX quality, and all four sound great. The controls and functions are a matter of personal preference, so I just want to reiterate: This little amp is very loud!... But for the price – don't hesitate ;-)
