I purchased this tripod with three mounting arms for my large Korg workstations. The third set of mounting arms needs to be attached separately; they were included separately. An electric screwdriver is required to remove the upper plate in order to attach the third set of mounting arms. I couldn't loosen the screws with a regular screwdriver. Despite the backward tilt, the controls of all the synths placed on it are still clearly visible. I had previously owned a K&M Spider and was very satisfied with it. It is very stable and can also hold heavy synthesizers.
