I have been trying to get my QC to sound like a real tube amp. this seems to be the solution BUT .... There is nothing like the real thing, baby ;)

Features

I am completely satisfied with the Aktiv-Box, which I use for my Kemper. Many similar products lack the "amp feel" when playing. This box doesn't. The integrated cabinet simulator sounds excellent and has a good amount of "body". To use the IRs from Kemper, Helix, etc., the cabinet simulator can simply be turned off. The enclosure is solid and stage-ready. With the stylish LED lighting on the front, it also looks good in the living room (ambient lighting). The only criticisms I have are the small switches (including the on/off switch), which are inconveniently placed on the back, and the external input (e.g., for connecting an MP3 player), which is much too loud. However, I highly recommend this product. The price-to-performance ratio is excellent.
