Beschreibung
Prepare the tracks and audio messages on PC or Mac computer, link the SP603 to the computer using the USB2 cable provided and transfer the selected tracks onto the SP603's hard disk (recognised as an additional drive)
The same way, the files can be updated, moved, renamed or deleted. No limit on the number of files. The standard 40Go hard disk will store over 650 hours of music (MP3 files at 128 Kbps). A larger hard disk - up to 120 Go can also be installed.
The front face panel includes a keyboard to override the automatic mode, adjust the bass and treble settings, broadcast volume and mode (random, continuous, sequential or 24h).
A LCD displays the name, length and remaining time of the current track.
The 19" -1U rack is easily integrated in an existing sound system.
Ethernet link and analog Modem
A - Ethernet link - Connects the MP3 player to a 10/100 Ethernet network and remotely controls the parameters of the unit.
The following functions are available :
- manages high bit rate data transfer through the TCP/IP protocol in FTP server as well as client.
- programs the player to automatically download MP3 files or settings available from a server.
- receives e-mails sent by the player providing information such as current file name, activated inputs (security detection....),
- receives the list of broadcasted tracks.
B - Analogic modem - This option allows, via the telephone line, remote modification of program timers and data transfers. An analogic modem is too slow to allow the transfer of heavy files such as MP3 files. For this purpose, the Ethernet link is more appropriate.
- Centralizes the commands and controls of several players - via a telephone line or an Ethernet/Internet network.
- Modifies the music programs, the advertising messages, the program timers, volume setting, relay activation....
