Hohner is a German musical instrument company founded in 1857 by Mathias Hohner. It is particularly known for its harmonicas, which were originally the only instruments produced.

Since then, Hohner also produces guitars, flutes, accordions, keyboards and drums.

With the Student 32 Melodica, we have successfully expanded our range of entry-level and school instruments and set a new record in the price/performance ratio of branded melodicas. Its handy and practical playing style is complemented by the option of playing the instrument lying down, secured in a sturdy hard-shell plastic case with a flexible blowing hose. The opened case lid offers a music stand function.

Die Melodica tönt richtig gut. Hätte für diesen günstigen Preis einen dünneren Sound erwartet. 
Habe mit meinem Stimmgerät die Tonhöhen kontrolliert: Die stimmen erstaunlich gut. Die Tonhöhe ist jedoch von der Stärke des erzeugten Luftstroms abhängig. Bei schwacher Blasstärke sind die Töne etwas zu hoch (max. 10%), durch stärkeres Blasen sinkt die Tonhöhe auf das korrekte Niveau.
Ich spiele sie im Duo zu einer Gitarre. Passt wunderbar.
