It is a drum key, it helps adjust drums.

This is absolutely everything I want from a drum-key. It fits the drum screws, it turns them, it even has a hole that allows it to be connected to a key-ring or suchlike.

But seriously, no it's a drum key that I only bought because you always need more than one, and I was buying something else that was under the 50CHF free delivery limit.. this popped it over the border into free delivery land ;)
