Designed to support studio loudspeakers with max weight of 18 lbs (8.17 kg), the SM2001 provides reliable and rugged speaker placement. The desk-standing speaker stand mount design can be used for a wide range of studio monitor, hi-fi, home theater or satellite speakers.

Safe mounting with precise height adjustment in 5 steps from 3 ft (0.30 m) up to 3.8 ft (0.51 m) ensures proper placement. The floor base mount design and large 9.5” x 9.5” (23 x 23 cm) metal platform with soft rubberized padding allows secure and stable monitor speaker placement.

Le support est très stable mais attention, la hauteur
maximale est de 52 cm, ce qui à mon avis ne pose pas 
de problème pour des moniteurs de proximité et
la diffusion du son.
Ce qui est bien c'est qu'à cette hauteur ils risquent
beaucoup moins d'être renversé ( enfant ou chat ).
