I have a long history with PA systems from brands like PA, Bose, and Nova, but I believe that EV's Evolve system offers the best value on the market right now. It delivers crystal-clear mids and highs with a near 180-degree frequency response without any noticeable dips, and the 12-inch subwoofer also performs exceptionally well, providing ample headroom even in the lowest frequencies. The multiple inputs, Bluetooth connectivity, control app, and the well-designed mounting system complete the overall positive impression. In comparison to the competition, I find that Bose is too expensive and the subwoofer setup is cumbersome. LD and Turbosound are also cheaper, but their sound quality and frequency response are significantly inferior. I believe that anyone who can afford the EV should definitely consider it. And, incidentally, MusiX offers the best combination of price and delivery.
