Pitch-Key PK-01

Brilliantly simple - simply brilliant! The Pitch-Key can be attached to a string between the saddle and the mechanics within seconds and allows lightning-fast switching between two different tuning presets for this string. This is done by briefly turning the knurled wheel. Example using the E6 string: normal tuning E -> alternative tuning Drop D. A small adjusting screw is used to fine tune the string in the "Up" and "Down" positions and thus also select the interval. The Pitch-Key does not affect the sound of the guitar, it can be installed without modification, even without removing the string in question, and can be removed just as easily! The Pitch-Key is suitable for most electric guitars and western guitars. Of course, you can also use several pitch keys at the same time, which opens up completely new possibilities for alternative tunings. Even though it can get very experimental... you get back to the standard tuning extremely quickly. No retuning by hand, no switching between two guitars. From now on, the Pitch-Key will do this job. And so quickly that you can change your tune within a title, even within a riff, without much distraction! When using tremolos, it is important to ensure that they are adjusted so that they do not move when the string tension changes. The Pitch-Key does not work with locking tremolos.
