"The Tray" demonstrates that the RockBoard pedalboard line is a truly well-thought-out concept. Over the years, I've always found ways to install a multi-power supply either on or under the board, but why bother with Velcro and cable ties? However, this mounting method does have a drawback: either the power supply takes up space on the board, or it restricts cable routing under the board. The Tray is attached to the board's supports and secured there, providing its own level for the power supply. From there, you can run the wiring for individual pedals. The only minor drawback is that, even though the supports improve the board's stability, they do require some dexterity to neatly route the cables through the cutouts. However, the result is worth the effort: a wonderfully tidy board. Overall, "The Tray" is an affordable and useful addition to the board, which, like other RockBoard accessories, comes with all the necessary mounting materials.
