New with metric thread and specially developed screw lock. This means you will no longer lose the clamping screw on the adjusting axis! When unscrewing, simply continue turning against the threshold resistance until the string is clamped. When completely loosening the clamping screws from the actuating axis, simply pull the clamping screw off the axis from the threshold resistance. The Schaller M6 top locking with fine thread and removable locking screw fine thread for better locking. Our new top locking screw with fine thread can be turned more precisely and locked more sensitively. New mechanism that makes removal as easy as putting it back on. To prevent the top locking screw from detaching and losing when changing strings, we have designed a new mechanism that holds the screw securely in place even when it is completely loosened. To remove the top locking screw from the string axle, simply pull the screw firmly. To put the screw back on, simply screw it clockwise and tighten slightly.
