Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Der perfekte Einstieg in die 7-string Gitarre. Toller Sound, liegt super angenehm in der Hand und sieht erst noch geil aus mit seinem orangen Streifen. Hat was von einem Sportwagen zum Umhängen 😉.

Perfektes Einsteigermodell in die 7 string Welt

Guter Sound, leicht, handlich und für eine 7-Saiter ein attraktiver Preis, vor allem wenn man erst mal einsteigen will und noch nicht genau weiss, ob man dabei bleibt :-).

Absolut toll das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis.
Für 7-Saiter Einsteiger sehr empfehlenswert.
Bei MusiX getestet und danach gleich mitgenommen ;)

Schecter Demon 7

Für einen unglaublichen Preis von unter 500 Franken habe ich diese siebensaitige Gitarre gekauft. Ich habe bereits verschiedene Modelle angetestet und bin in einem Laden bei einer Schecter hängen geblieben. Leider ist da noch die Budgetfrage - und so wurde es die Demon 7.

Bedienung:

Die Gitarre liegt grossartig in der Hand - der Hals ist natürlich dicker als derjenige einer sechssaitigen Gitarre. Das matte Finish auf Korpus und Hals fühlt sich angenehm an.

Die Potiknöpfe sind einfach, aber gut zu bedienen. Lediglich der Switch ist mir beim Spielen etwas im Weg - was aber nicht so schlimm ist. Die Mechaniken sind stimmstabil und hochwertig.

Sound:

Obwohl der Sound etwas basslastig ist, sind die Duncan-Design Pickups sehr aggressiv. Wenn man mit dem Tone-Regler etwas spielt, kommen aber auch gute, warme Töne heraus. Für meine Zwecke ist der Klang perfekt - High Gain ist der zweite Vorname dieser Klampfe.

Eigenschaften / Allgemeines:

Die Optik der Gitarre ist schnörkellos und elegant. Die Inlays mit dem Kreuz gefallen mir persönlich sehr gut - wie das 'gelbe' Binding. Die Demon 7 neigt zum Understatement. 

Schecter hat das Modell gut ausbalanciert und sie ist nicht besonders schwer, wenn man bedenkt, dass sie sieben Saiten hat. 

Fazit:

Hammergitarre für diesen Preis. Ich bin begeistert und habe das Modell für meine Zwecke gefunden. Nun werde ich noch mein Rig etwas auf die neuen Anforderungen anpassen. 

Wenn man den Preis betrachtet: fünf Sterne.
