The GrandTouch TM and GrandTouch-S TM keyboards were developed to be as close as possible to the natural touch and feel of a grand piano. In the CLP -800 series, the weight, shape, material and even small mechanics inside the instruments have been revised and improved to emulate the key resistance and weighting of a grand piano keyboard. The CLP -700 series already made it possible to repeat notes without the Key having to fall back to its original position thanks to its 3 sensors in the keyboard. With the new algorithm in the CLP -800 series, you can now play notes without having to fully press the Key - just like in an acoustic grand piano.
