EHX's Tri Parallel Mixer is a powerful effects creation and mixing hub. Three separate FX loops with flexible controls allow for multiple configurations

The Tri Parallel Mixer is surprisingly compact considering the level of functionality it provides, while its intuitive controls and I/O make it easy to operate. The Tri-Parallel Mixer comes with an EHX 9.6DC power supply.

Ich mische meine timebasierten Effekte nur noch parallel und nicht hintereinander in Serie, eins ins andere hinein; das gibt ein viel schöneres, reineres Ergebnis. Vorher hatte ich ein Switchblade Deluxe vom gleichen Hersteller, der hatte aber nur 2 Kanäle und wandert jetzt ins Gitarrenboard für die Drives, parallele Overdrives sind wunderbar! Hier habe ich jetzt 3 Effgektloops, für Hall, Delay und Modulation. Wenn man die in Serie aneinander hängt wird der Ton super verwaschen und unbrauchbar, aber parallel habe ich einen komplexen, vielschichtigen Klang durch dieses Gerät. Sehr nützlich auch die Klangregelung, mit dessen einem Regler pro Effektkanal je nach Bedarf entweder die Höhen bedämpft oder der Klang feiner gemacht und Dröhnen vermieden werden kann, das funktioniert hervorragend. Durch diese Klangregler und die Volumenregler kann man die Kanäle auch als Boost verwenden. Es gibt keine Klangverluste, das Direktsignal bleibt klar, im Bypassmode auch. Nur Stereo ist es nicht, das wär noch was.
