What's not to love about a delay pedal that has a great sound and is as wonderful enough to have two engines, one for the left and the right which can be used in tandem to achieve sonic bliss. I so far haven't used the Empress with my guitars but instead have it parked onto my Arturia Polybrute to enhance it's already stellar sound. I'm loving it. You sometimes get what you pay for, and this could be one of those times if one wishes to use the best of the best.
