Optogate PB-07

In response to many customer requests, we developed the PB-07, a model with the distance sensor on the flat side. Just like the other models, this model "recognizes" when someone is in front of it and switches the microphone on. A red LED indicates the switching status. When the space in front of the PB-07 is free again, the microphone is automatically switched off. The distance can be varied between 15 and 120 cm using a spindle potentiometer. It depends on the reflected area. There is a 4mm threaded hole on the back for attachment to a clip. This model also works with 48V phantom power. The phantom power is routed to the microphone so that condenser microphones can also be operated with it. This model can be mounted using a clip so that it disappears behind a microphone stand. By positioning it lower at waist height, it is possible that the artist does not have to stand directly in front of the microphone to switch it on. The PB-07 can also be easily attached to gooseneck microphones, making it ideal for lecterns.
