Schertler DUAL Steelstring

The Dual system is the flagship among SCHERTLER's LYDIA pickups. The DUAL combines both SCHERTLER technologies, the electrostatic under-saddle pickup LYDIA and the electrodynamic contact pickup DYN. The LYDIA in combination with the DYN allows the player a wide range of sound settings. Each pickup can be played alone or in a continuously variable mix. Despite its flexibility, the DUAL remains very simple: the mix and master volume are controlled with two flat knobs on the sound hole. The black knob controls the volume, while the white one is responsible for mixing the two pickups. This version offers a built-in preamplifier in CLASS-A circuit technology with mix control. Powered by two lithium batteries. Available for steel-string and nylon guitars. The new LYDIA technology is compatible with existing SCHERTLER preamps. The LYDIA is therefore also an upgrade for existing systems.
