It is a beautiful wood stand for your guitar. It is not portable, I mean, it is but you have to take it apart each time as its parts are screwed.
I use it for my electric guitar in my living room and it's pleasant to see.
As a side note, a large acoustic guitar doesn't fit.
I would recommend it if you need a guitar stand in your home/apartment, it is not a stage stand.
