I needed to mount my Rode NT-1 A microphone with shock mount SM6 in a angle. This adapter allowed my to exactly align the microphone. It holds the microphone fixed in place despite the weight. It is very nicely machined, all surfaces are smooth and look great. I would defenitely buy it again. I do recommend it.
