The new RockBoard The Tray is a universal power supply mounting solution for almost any multi power supply unit you can imagine. Its one-size-fits-all design can be mounted underneath any new RockBoard pedalboard (except Duo 2.0). Due to the construction of the RockBoard's vertical support braces no holes have to be drilled into your pedalboard and it can easily be fixed with only one screw. Using the holes in the Tray's surface, you can either mount power supply units to it using screws or cable ties. Also because of its flat surface hook and loop tape or other adhesive tape can be used to fix your power supply to it.

Mit „The Tray“ zeigt die RockBoard-Pedalboard-Linie, dass es sich um ein wirklich durchdachtes Konzept handelt. Über Jahre habe ich immer Wege gefunden, ein Mehrfach-Netzteil auf oder unter dem Board unterzubringen, wofür gibt es denn Velcro und Kabelbinder? Einen Nachteil hat diese Montageform aber: Entweder nimmt das Netzteil dann Platz auf dem Board weg, oder schränkt die Kabelführung unter dem Board ein. 
Das Tray wird in die Verstrebungen des Boards eingehängt und dort fixiert und bietet so eine eigene Ebene für das Netzteil. Von dort aus kann man die Verkabelung der einzelnen Pedale vornehmen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Auch wenn die Verstrebungen die Stabilität des Boards verbessern, erfordern Sie doch etwas Fingerfertigkeit um die Kabel ordentlich durch die Aussparungen zu führen. Der Aufwand rechtfertigt aber das Ergebnis: ein wunderbar aufgräumtes Board.
Insgesamt ist „The Tray“ eine günstige und nützliche Ergänzung des Boards, welche (wie bei anderem Rockboard-Zubehör üblich) mit allem notwendigen Montagematerial geliefert wird
