"Original Fender bone nut"? Nonsense, it's not actually made of bone. It's simply brittle plastic. My understanding is that "bone" means bone... This is a Fender mislabeling. When working with them: First, they break apart, and second, they crack when being tightened, which makes them a complete waste of money. It's better to order the "non-Fender nuts" that are labeled as being made of plastic. (Ultimately, the Fender nuts don't actually contribute to the resonance or vibration transmission)
