BLACKSTAR's HT Venue series is famous for its first-class clean and overdrive sounds and is suitable for both studio and live use. Each channel has two different voicings with independent EQ controls. Clean Voice 1 delivers an American-style clean sound, Clean Voice 2 a British Class A sound. By switching to Voice 2, each overdrive channel receives more gain and the distortion is changed from a classic drive to a more modern high- gain sound. The built-in power reducer ensures a reliable, transparent power reduction to 10% of the amplifier output. The overdrive channels also include the BLACKSTAR patented ISF control. This can be used to set various sounds from American to British and in between.
