Most of the basses I own were purchased used. I decided to treat myself to a new Fender Jazz Bass, and I came across the instrument from the American Ultra II series. I ordered the bass with MusiX's optional service for inspection and setup, and that was the right decision. The features of the bass are remarkable: 18V electronics with plenty of headroom, Hi-Mass bridge, "string-through" body, high-quality tuners, better mechanisms than standard basses, and much more! It's an ideal combination of tradition and modern elements. Playability and appearance are also excellent. The hard case is also top-notch and included in the price. And, of course, the setup service! As requested, a deep, perfectly tuned string setup, octave pickup, etc., all top-notch. Plus, a nice note on the setup protocol, which makes you feel well taken care of as a customer! Conclusion: A bass with all the features a modern bass needs, top-notch workmanship, operation, and included accessories, and excellent service from MusiX!
