PLUS I purchased the transmitter and receiver together. I was initially skeptical about the latency, but the delay is not noticeable. Everything is working as expected, so far with no issues. MINUS The user interface could be improved with a simple on/off switch on the device. And the power plug on the front should be moved to the back. However, nothing is perfect in life (and it doesn't have to be).
