They can also be set to trigger chords or single notes with polyphonic Aftertouch . Play your own way with custom modes Launchkey's controls aren't limited to their standard assignments. Simply download the free Components software into your browser and configure them to behave exactly how you want your software or hardware to behave. You can save up to four custom mappings for each of Launchkey's pads and encoders, and recall them directly from the hardware to transmit the notes, MIDI CCs or program change messages you want. Beyond the computer Launchkey 37's five-pin MIDI output makes it easy to connect to your hardware synth - no DAW required.
