The source for this type of Richter leather are handpicked necks of bull-hides of European origin. The coloring is done completely in the barrel. In addition, an oil finish is done by.
Already on the day of delivery the leather has a charming, organic vintage look as if already used over a long period of time.

I own several bass guitars, 4 and 5 strings. This is the strap I have in each of them.

My bass strap of choice

Wirklich schweres und dickes  Leder (3mm), trotzdem weich genug um sich gut anzupassen. Einziges Manko : die Schittkanten sind unbearbeitet, heisst: nicht geglättet. Das macht eben den Unterschied zwischen einem handgearbeiteten und einem maschinell geschnittenen Lederstück aus. Trotzdem: Preis/Leistung ist 1A.
