The CC01K guitar hanger has a deep cradle design known as the "Guitar Keeper". This modified bracket prevents the guitar from being improperly placed in the hanger. Ultimately, this provides a safer hanger for your instrument. The guitar must be raised 2 inches and brought forward to remove. The new "Guitar Keeper" design is ideal for guitars with single or uneven heels. Non-symmetrical bass, electric, and acoustic guitar headstocks are perfectly held while still hanging straight. The “K” (for Keeper) was simply added to the original product code to differentiate between the original CC01 and CC01K. The Guitar Keeper cradle is attached to a wall bracket made from North American hardwood handcrafted by local Amish artisans. There are four types of hardwood available (cherry, oak, ash and black walnut). Natural wood color may vary. For some classical and bass guitars, the “Guitar Keeper” yoke can be too narrow, in which case we recommend purchasing the original CC01. We recommend that you measure the width of your guitar neck to select the appropriate yoke. This hanger is not suitable for classical guitars, but the original style CC01 is only made for classics!
