I initially wanted to buy a Warwick Dolphin custom edition (childhood dream, I painstakingly saved for this one and was going to snatch it) and in trying this bass guitar in the shop I stumbled upon the Yamaha trbx 305 which not only sounded better, but also had a much better neck. I just fell in love with both the neck (incredibly thin and easy) as well as the various sounds you can get out of this instruments. At that point I did not even see the price of that bass guitar. When I saw that it was 10 times cheaper it became an absolute no brainer. To this day I do not regret for a single second having purchased this one. I doubt I ever will...
