New Volt - Portable Studio-Quality Tech
Meet the new Volt Generation 2
Studio-quality sound. One button away.
Universal audio just launched the new VOLT USB audio interfaces. The new Volt Generation 2 bring incredible studio tone to your recordings, right out of the box.
Volt Starts with pristine 32-bit audio conversion then opens up a world of colorful UA sound with Tone Shaping preamps, Max dynamics processing, and a Smart Display that always shows you the way.
With Volt, you'll sound like an absolute legend, literally at the push of a button.
Your Sound. Your Style. Your Volt.
The Interface with Studio Tone Onboard
Any recording interface can capture a sound. Volt is different. Built by the same team behind the mighty Apollo Twin, Volt is the only USB audio interface that puts classic UA studio tone right on your desk, with easy push-button control.
Three Classic Mic Preamp Sounds
Home recordings and phone demos can sound thin and lifeless. Volt gives your recordings incredible tone right from the start. With three preamp modes — Warmth, Focus, and Shine — you can quickly add tone to everything you record.
Get the Perfect Levels with Auto-Gain
Nothing’s worse than a perfect take wrecked by digital distortion. Auto-Gain sets your recording levels in seconds, and Clip Protection catches unexpected peaks. So you can focus on the performance instead of the meters.
Your Studio Starts with Volt
The new Universal Audio Volt Generation 2 makes professional recording simple. You get pristine 32-bit audio conversion, three classic preamp sounds, and the reliability of Auto-Gain and Clip Protection, all in a compact USB interface that fits right on your desk.
Whether you're laying down your first demo or finishing your next release, Volt Gen 2 lets you spend less time on setup and more time on music. Discover the new Volt Generation 2 on our website and bring the sound of UA into your own studio.
