They are often favored by both beginners and experienced players for their affordability and performance.

The Epiphone SG Standard from the new Inspired by Gibson Collection recreates the legendary 1960s classic that powered the first generation of hard rock and heavy metal bands including The Who, Cream, AC/DC, and Black Sabbath. Featuring the historic SG profile with “batwing” pickguard in Heritage Cherry, Ebony, and Alpine White finishes. Powered by Alnico Classic PRO™ humbuckers with CTS electronics and Epiphone Deluxe Tuners 18:1 ratio.

Verarbeitung
Die SG ist gut verarbeitet. Die Bünde sind gut eingearbeitet und beim Spielen seitlich nicht spürbar. Poliert sind sie allerdings nicht, muss noch erledigt werden für gute Bendings und besseres Sustain.
Elektronik
Die ProBucker 2/3 Tonabnehmer sind gut, habe sie aber durch ein Gibson 498T/490R Set ersetzt. Damit steht sie dem Original in nichts mehr nach. 
Setup
Die Saitenlage war viel zu hoch (wie bei fast allen Kaufgitarren, damit man allfällige Bundverarbeitungsfehler nicht gleich bemerkt). Lässt sich aber leicht korrigieren. Die Halskrümmung war gut eingestellt, Keine Korrekturen notwendig.
Fazit
Das beste Teil der 2020er Serie in Sachen Preis/Leistung.

Guter Sound vor allem gür blues und Rick. Guter Hals, für mich ideal in der Hand. Für den Oreis empfehlenswert

Epiphone standard SG

Top Sound zusammen mit dem Verstärker und der Wahl von Humbucker oder single Coil auf viele Soundrichtungen einstellbar. Absolute Empfehlung.

Absolute Top Gitarre

Sehr gutes Preisleistungs Verhältnis, die Gitarre ist sehr gut verarbeitet und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Die Splitingcoil Schaltung ist Super.

Top Gitarre

Bonne guitare mais finition des bouttons limitte.
Pour le reste très bonne guitare.
