The Valeton GP-100 multi-effects processor is a small and powerful guitar/bass effects solution. Packaged in a pocket-friendly, sturdy metal chassis, GP-100 delivers you organic legendary amps/effects tone through Valeton's advanced modeling technology. With Impulse Response support you can get precise legendary guitar/bass cabinet "snapshots", or you can load your own IR cabinets to create your own tone. The color LCD display and straight-forward interface let you easily get hooked and create your dream sound in seconds. However, when editing sound effects, one must accept the predefined parameters. I often wished for an additional control or expanded control ranges. Therefore, it's not suitable for serious sound tinkerers. Nevertheless, I have managed to create some quite good-sounding patches, even with piezo pickups (Classic Nylon, Ukulele). So, in conclusion: a great toy at this price!
