The distinctive arched spruce top and elegant flamed maple arched back has elevated the TV to one of the finest guitars in the world. For the cutting leads and heavy riffs, we took our own classically wound GrandVintage Humbucker and paired it with our open Domino P90 for airy chords and creamy licks. The middle position of both pickups features a special wiring, which splits certain low end frequencies out of the humbucker signal, resulting in an open and extremely versatile addition to your pallet of sounds. If you decide for the Starplayer TV+ variation, you get an additional Piezo Pickup which can be blended with the original signal from your magnetic pickups to achieve an even wider range of tone. The Rebound charity edition sets you up with rhythm focused Duesenberg Little Toaster Pickups. All our instruments are fitted with our own hardware, which you will only find on a Duesenberg. We design it with attention to even the smallest details to create truly unique instruments from tuner buttons to jack plates. All our fretboards are carefully pleked and finished by hand for optimum playability and the smooth feel they are famous for. Additionally, our Diamond Deluxe Tremola proved to be one of the best of its kind, providing buttery operation and outstanding tuning stability. The Starplayer TV is available in a variety of different, durable PUR or acrylic finishes from standard colours like high-gloss Black or Vintage White, to more extreme approaches like our crocodile tolex Outlaw model or the Mother-of-Pearl mosaic series.
