These tuners are not only extremely precise and super comfortable to use, they also allow you to hide the sharp string ends inside the tuner shaft, so they don't damage your case, gigbag or fingertips. Maintenance-free life guaranteed. NECK & FRETBOARD - OUR CLEVER PLEK PROCESS ALLOWS FOR AN UNUSALLY LOW ACTION WHILE STILL KEEPING ALL NOTES CLEAN AND CLEAR WITHOUT STRING-BUZZ. The string-action, the height of the strings over the frets, can only be set low and comfortable if all frets are precisely the same height. To achieve that, we use the ingeniuos Plek machine that levels all frets with a precision of 1/100 of a millimeter. Each fret is measured and cut individually to achieve optimal playability of the instrument. Our elaborate finishing work is done entirely by hand.
