Funny part! A little mouse riding on an elephant! Convincing, arrogant, and endearing!
Initially, I was looking for a small, battery-powered amplifier with a built-in looper, so that I could use it with my Spanish guitar and IK Multimedia iRig to jam with myself, perhaps even while on a barbecue. However, it seems that such a device doesn't exist. I then came across the Marshall MS-2 and needed a floor-based looper (Boss RC-1) to use it. And it's amazing how authentically this tiny, lightweight battery-powered amplifier reproduces the sound of a classic guitar! It's practically original! I never expected that. I also played the amp with a Fender Strat in overdrive mode, and wow, what a boost and sound! The distortion sounds almost as good as on larger amps! It's truly amazing! It's one of the best purchases I've ever made. It's so small and practical. I highly recommend it! The only downside is that the battery compartment is so small that it's difficult to fit a 9V block battery. I understand that there shouldn't be any rattling or noise, but it's still too cramped. However, it's still just about possible with some effort.
