Way Huge was launched in 1992 by Jeorge Tripps. His goal was to design non-standard, reliable and pedal-board-friendly pedals that could satisfy his musical taste for vintage-sounding pedals.

In late 1999 the company closed its doors when Tripps went to work for Line 6. In 2008, Tripps and the company moved to Dunlop Manufacturing where the Way Huge line was resurrected, including legendary pedals like the Red Llama, Swollen Pickle, Pork Loin, and Fat Sandwich.

Ich habe das Delay nun anderthalb jahre. Nun hat es mir diesen Freitag an einem Gig etwas geschwellt. Das Gerät wechselt trotz bedienen des tap tempo schalters immer wieder ins gleiche tempo. Das poti delay, welches für das einstellen de tempos per hand möglich macht ist auch wirkungslos.

Nun mal ein riesiges dankeschön an das Musixteam!
Habe am samstag vormittag dort angerufen und das problem geschildert. Habe noch hinzugefügt, das ich am gleichen tag nochmal ein konzert gebe. Sofort wurde mir das gleiche gerät als ersatz versprochen. Ein reparaturauftrag wurde sofort für mein gerät erstellt. Das ist service! Daumen hoch für die jungs.

Nun aber noch etwas zum gerät:
Leider musste ich feststellen, dass das leihgerät, welches ich neu und jungfräulich bekommen habe einen toten tabtempo schalter hatte. Er ist komplett wirkungslos. Auch war das poti Mix ganz anders kallibriert wie mein persönliches gerät.

Ich hoffe das ich die einzigen beiden montagsmodelle der firma Way Hughe gekriegt habe. Habe sonst gute erfahrungen mit der mutterfirma dunlop gemacht. Für ein solches gerät mit einem derartigem preis, sollte dies nicht sein.
