Parallel zum Mesa Boogie Mark 5 25, Marshall Plexi 18W mit Mastervolumen läuft der Fender 57 Champ und nun der Deluxe mit Umschalter von Lehle, die vier Amp, die unterschiedlicher nicht sein können, jeder für seine Art eine Investition in DEN Sound. Etwas schade ist, dass die Volume-Regelung schlecht gelöst ist, da schon bei 1.5 - 2 genug Saft da ist für Aufnahmen und manchmal auch schon zu laut. Lautstärkeregelung ist im Gegensatz zum Champ schlecht. Der Sound ist nicht sooo typisch wie der vom Champ, ansonsten, tolle Sache. Bei Volume ab 3 rauscht es halt etwas Fender-Typisch, schade. Passt vor allem zu Fender Telecaster, mit Gibson LP auch auf dem weniger empfindlichen Eingang 2 überzeugt mich der Sound nicht, ist schon gebaut nach Schaltung der 50er, damals gab es nur Single-Pickups.
Von Fender für Fender, wo Fender drauf steht, steckt auch Fender drin?

Update:
Habe am Deluxe (und das für viele Puristen ein Graus) ein Mastervolumen anstelle von Standby Schalter einbauen lassen. Neil Percival Young lässt nun grüssen in Zimmerlautstärke mit Wissen, dass die Garantie erloschen ist, aber nun ist er so, wie ich es mir wünsche!
