This hybrid cable (data/network) enables a wide range of applications as a connection for modern, computer-controlled devices. Two flexible CAT5 cables connect components of digital audio networks via Dante, CobraNet or EtherSound. Or transmit DMX control signals based on the ArtNet, MA-Net or Pathport protocol. The cable is also used as a solution in the IT sector when a network connection plus power line is required. Thanks to the double shielding (aluminum foil + dense copper braiding) of the CAT5 cables, the interference-free transmission of high data rates is possible without any problems even in electromagnetically influenced environments over long distances. The network cables, each with a cross-section of 1.5mm², enable a network supply over a distance of up to 60 meters.
