Thanks to the included breakout whip, it can be connected to the aux outputs of the mixing console via two standard XLR cables or two XLR-to-TRS cables of a suitable length as required. The signal is transmitted symmetrically, which effectively prevents any interference from radio waves or lighting systems. An external power supply unit is included; of course, battery operation is often recommended live, which is not a problem: the service life of a fresh 9 V battery is more than 7 hours!
