The RØDE Blimp is a complete basket wind protection system for NTG-1, NTG-2, and NTG-3 as well as shotgun microphones from other manufacturers up to a length of 325mm.

Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und Robust, bin schon ziemlich viel mit dem Teil unterwegs gewesen. Der Lieferumfang inkl. Deadcat ist auch Super, ein rundumglücklich Paket! Einstellungsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genügend um das Mikrofon auszubalancieren, um das Handgelenk zu schonen! :-) Mit der Rycote Aufhängung hat Rode sich von den Gummibändern verabschiedet was ich gut finde denn die dinger leihern nicht mehr aus!
