Headset radio system with analog radio receiver for rack mounting.

The SM35 is a professional, comfortable-to-wear headset for singers and singing instrumentalists. It has a high-quality condenser capsule for high sound quality. The cardioid characteristic isolates sound sources from outside and offers a high level of protection against feedback. The analogue pocket transmitter is part of the SM radio system with SM35 headset microphone. The analog radio receiver for rack mounting (BLX4RE) offers professional radio technology at an excellent price/performance ratio. Plug & Play and Quick Scan make the receiver ready for immediate use.

I needed a headset quickly for an event. Was considering renting, but couldn't find anything suitable. So, I decided to buy a reasonably priced one. It worked right out of the box. The sound quality was a bit "muddy" at first (depending on the microphone position), but with some EQ adjustments, it was fine. I didn't experience any feedback issues in my environment (which is typical for singers). Using a shotgun microphone in a live setting can sometimes cause problems...
