Pros + Very strong cymbal, even though they are light and have a lot of holes + Very quiet, can talk over them while smashing the hell out of them + Sound great and feel like real cymbals, because they are real cymbals. They are on the dryer and brighter side. I personally really like the 13' hats. They have this 'sizzle' when you play them loose, very cool. + The 18' is good for riding and crashing. + Can also be used in stacks for effects, you can be very creative with these. + Can be used for quiet band rehearsals, I did one last night and it worked wonderful. + They look good. Cons - You can't really practice with brushes on these. The holes grab the brush wires when playing and therefore ruins the feel of a cymbal. Overall, fantastic practice cymbals at a good price. Best used with some mesh heads or other volume reducing products.
