The GM-1 allows the synchronization of several GM-1 devices via infrared communication. To ensure that two GM-1's use the same * timing, all you have to do is establish a sync connection and use the same tempo settings on both. With numerous devices, the synchronization takes place serially: the clock controls the slaves, which in turn synchronize the slave devices, etc. This ensures that all metronomes used at the same time run in step. You can only achieve something comparable with a conventional metronome if everyone involved hears the metronome signal. The GM-1, on the other hand, allows the actors to be spatially separated: as long as the sync and tempo settings are correct, the participants can be set relatively far apart. The GM-1 buffers the last selected settings when it is switched off so that it is ready for use the next time *. * The synchronization is deactivated when the device is switched off.

The GM-1 is pushed into the ear canal and is therefore particularly suitable for brass bands, dance groups, etc. whose members have to move. Earphones in sizes S, M and L are included and ensure good external attenuation. The part for the ear canal can be swiveled to ensure a comfortable fit in the left or right ear. The clip of the GM-1 locks the unit behind the earlobe and provides a correspondingly secure hold. So you don't have to pay attention to the metronome during the rehearsal.

The GM-1 uses an "airtight" earplug that is pushed into the ear canal. So you can hear the metronome signal clearly. However, it does not penetrate the outside, which is especially important in quiet passages. The pitch of the metronome signal can be set in 3 levels. Depending on the instrument and the environment, a different frequency may be cheaper.
Low power consumption for a battery life of up to 100 hours.
Despite its ultra-compact housing, the GM-1 offers a running time of approx. 100 hours in continuous operation with just one lithium button battery. The battery can be changed by simply opening the cover on the back of the housing.

The GM-1 is an ultra-compact metronome that can be worn like a conventional earphone. When using several GM-1's, the sync function ensures perfect tempo synchronization. This makes the GM-1 particularly suitable for rehearsals by marching bands, dance groups and ensembles in which the actors have to move. The receiver adapts to the ear canal and has a tight fit. So you can hear the metronome signal clearly even in a noisy environment.
