Mon avis sur les cordes Élixir.

No, these strings are not for me! A lot of people really like them, but I don't!. First of all, the Nanoweb coating makes them feel very slippery under my (left-hand) fingertips. I thought I could maybe get used to this, but after three weeks I've given up. I have several guitars, and the others are fitted with standard, uncoated strings, so I could easily compare them.
Also, they sound too bright and 'metallic' for my taste, but I suppose this is to be expected from 80/20 strings.
Anyway, this is just my opinion.

Too slippery!

No, these strings are not for me! A lot of people really like them, but I don't!. First of all, the Nanoweb coating makes them feel very slippery under my (left-hand) fingertips. I thought I could maybe get used to this, but after three weeks I've given up. I have several guitars, and the others are fitted with standard, uncoated strings, so I could easily compare them.
New, uncoated standard PB strings sound slightly better too, in my opinion. Even this extremely thin Nanoweb coating seems to have a slight dampening effect. But this is just my opinion! Others will disagree!

super

If their main feature is “long lasting” then I would argue that they lose their tonality and intonation quicker than some other choices. The real value is that these strings do reduce guitar string “squeak” and that has been useful for recording subtle finger picking. 

Quiet string noise but short life for tonality

Die Saiten sind gut. Mir persönlich sagt die Beschichtung nicht so zu, für mich fühlt es sich Rutschig an, so wie kein Gripp. Bin aber auch Anfänger.

These strings are very durable and the sound is constant. They will not fade due to the oxidation.

Mir gefällt der Sound der Saiten auf meiner Furch Gitarre. Die Lebensdauer ist merklich länger als bei herkömmlichen Saiten. Kaufe ich wieder!

Toller Sound, längere Lebensdauer

Mich begeistert, wie lange die Elixir-Saiten ihren Klang behalten. Er ist von Anfang an nicht zu brillant, verliert aber auch kaum Höhen und Obertöne über lange Zeit. Ich kann diese Saiten so sehr lange spielen und tue das seit vielen Jahren.

Le corde non sono riuscito a testarle per molto tempo poichè dopo poco tempo la terza corda si è spezzata (forse a causa di un mio errore di montaggio). Il sound sembra morbido e caldo. Da riprovare.

Corde chitarra acustica

Für mich die beste Saite, sie klingt gut und hat eine super Haltbarkeit.

Super Klang und Haltbarkeit

Die Qualität der saiten ist super, jedoch ist der Sound zusammen mit dem eher kleinen Bauch meiner Taylor sehr hell und metallisch. Es mag Leute geben, denen das gefällt, aber mir eher weniger.

Mes cordes favorites pour ma guitare acoustique ! Son très smooth avec beaucoup de puissance, sans grincement des doigts 

Juste cher mais magnifique produit! Autant pour électrique que pour accoustique, plus que recommandable.

Super

Ein 013-Satz ist zwar nichts für empfindliche Hände, aber der Sound ist umwerfend. Klingt auch super auf Gitarren, die nicht von Taylor gebaut worden sind :-)

Ich spiele seit Jahren fast ausschliesslich Elixir Saiten und bin durchwegs zufrieden.

Elixir NanoWeb Ac.Guitar 80/20 Bronze

Klarer, natürlicher Klang, die Saiten sind lange spielbar, wenig 'Rutschtöne'. 

Saiten Elixir

Sehr passend zur Taylor Gitarre. Die Saiten klingen klar und gleichzeitig rund im Klang. Lange Lebensdauer.

Ein Erlebnis. Weniger Quitschgeräusche. Super Klang. Und sie fühlen sich dünner an. Einfach nur cool!

Ich benutzte diese Saiten schon seit 2-3 Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Der Sound ist super! Überzeugend für mich ist aber die Langlebigkeit, daher finde ich auch den Mehrpreis gegenüber anderen Saiten gerechtfertigt.  

Meine Standart-Saiter für die akkustische Gitarre

Superbes cordes, ma guitare une Cort AD880  a changé de son plus chaud, plus facile à jouer qui ne blesse pas les doigts avec les petites cordes, enfin du bon matériel.

On my Taylor this strings sounds great. Until now, they are the best strings  that I've tried. Really reccomended. 

Best Strings Ever

Für die E-Gitarre benütze ich schon seit längerer Zeit Elixir-Saiten. Nun habe ich zum ersten Mal welche auf die Akustik-Gitarre aufgezogen. Fazit: Ich werde in Zukunft nur noch Elixir spielen. Der Sound ist sensationell, und vor allem bleibt der sensationelle Sound lange erhalten. Während andere Saiten schon bald einmal dumpf klingen, sind die Elixir-Saiten immer noch sehr klar. Was verständlicherweise Geschmacksache ist und bleibt, ist die Beschichtung: Ich persönlich mag die Haptik von beschichteten Saiten - die Finger gleiten praktisch von selbst über die Büden. Es soll aber auch Gitarristen geben, die sich genau daran stören. Ein Datail, das mir beim Aufziehen aufgefallen ist: Die Elixir-Saiten sind erstaunlich stimmstabil: Aufgezogen, zwei-, dreimal gestimmt und gut ist. Der höhere Preis ist angesichts der längeren Lebensdauer gerechtfertigt. 

Top-Saiten mit exzellentem Sound

In Irland in einem Studio auf einer Lowden das erste mal gespielt.... spiele ich nichts mehr anderes. Sind in der CH oft sehr teuer als in EU und anderen Orten. Mit diesem 5er Pack bei Musix ist der Preis auch in der CH fast gleich.

Die Saiten sind okay... und sie klingen auch länger wie neu. Aber der Preis ist deutlich zu teuer. Auf 5x Saitenwechsel kommt man mit diesen vieleicht auf 3. Das rechtfertigt aber den hohen Preis keineswegs. Ansonsten klingen sie nicht besser als andere Saiten. Also mehr was für Leute, die nicht gerne Saiten wechseln als für Audiophiliker.
