They are often favored by both beginners and experienced players for their affordability and performance.

Bin zwar blutiger Anfänger was Gitarre angeht, aber von meiner Bassisten-Seele her, macht mir diese Gitarre viel Freude. Due Humbucker humbucken, die Saiten klingen und das Feature mit dem PU-Splitting holt doch noch einen netten Singlecoil mässigen Sound raus. Vielleicht nicht die beste Anfänger Gitarre, aber ich mag die LP-Form halt so.

Wunderbarer Hals

For an affordable guitar, this one is particularly solid. All the used materials seem very sturdy and good quality. Granted, it needed some adjustments out of the box, like neck relief, string action, and intonation. 

-My unit might need a slight fret job, the 3rd fret on the A string buzzes a tiny bit too much, regardless of any tweaking could do. But the guitar plays very well anyway. 

- Sound-wise I like it: I have a not at all affordable PRS S2 which I use as sound reference and this Epi's pickups are not bad imho. They might lack a little bit of body at times, but they sound crispy and don't lack definition. I don't think I'll change them.

- The finish is very nice, I chose this one as it was not glossy and I am happy about my choice, my thumb slides easily across the neck

Overall, for the price this guitar is well build and solid, no doubt a good purchase.
