Roland is a world's leading manufacturer of musical instruments, electronic equipment, and software. It was found in 1972 by Ikutaro Kakehashi. Thanks to their wide range of innovative products, Roland won its place on the market and has been able to make a real difference by bringing people and music closer.

Banque de son restreinte mais sympa. Peut-être trop peu de différence entre les différents pianos. Mixage des sons intéressant.
Dommage qu'il faille passer par la sortie casque pour amplifier le piano... Bon toucher et bonne dynamique. Instrument léger et peu encombrant ; )

Qualité prix excellent

Les plus:
- Un vrai clavier de piano 88 touches à marteaux avec la sensation de jouer sur un vrai instrument acoustique (ivory feel).
- Les sons de piano sont très réalistes.
- L'instrument est très compact et léger (129 x 26 x 14 cm pour 12,6 kg).
- Le rapport qualité/prix est bon.

Les moins:
- La pédale de sustain fournie avec l'instrument est très 'cheap' et il faut la remplacer impérativement par un modèle plus ergonomique.
- Pas de possibilité de connecter une triple pédale, comme sur le modèle FP30 par exemple.
- Pas d'alimentation autonome par piles ou accus, il faut obligatoirement utiliser le bloc-secteur fourni.
- Pas d'entrée audio qui permettrait de diffuser un accompagnement lorsqu'on joue.
- Pas de sortie audio dédiée; si on veut utiliser une sono il faut se connecter à la prise casque audio.
- La prise casque se trouve sur le panneau arrière, il serait plus commode de l'avoir sur le devant.
- Seulement 15 sons d'instruments sont disponibles en standard; il y en a env. 30 autres mais pour celà il faut utiliser l'application PianoApp via Bluetooth.
- Les fonctionnalités comme réglage de la sensibilité du clavier, transposition, enregistrement, etc. ne sont accessible que via un smartphone et l'application PianoApp; un accès direst depuis l'instrument serait plus commode.
- L'application PianoApp ne fonctionne pas si on a pas d'accès Internet sur le smartphone utilisé, ce qui limite son usage selon l'endroit où on se trouve.
- Tous les réglages qu'on effectue avec l'application PianoApp (par ex. changement de la sensibilité du clavier, son d'instrument, etc.) sont perdus à l'extinction du piano. Il faut les réintroduire à chaque fois en établissant la connection Bluetooth et Internet. C'est très gênant en pratique!
