Founded in the 1940's by Clarence Leo Fender, Fender Electric Instrument Manufacturing Company is one of the best known brands in the world of electric guitars, basses, amplifiers and electric pianos. Fender continued to innovate in these areas and built legendary models such as the Telecaster and Stratocaster for the guitar and the Rhodes for the electric piano.

Set of six locking tuners designed to fit most modern-style Fender electric guitars with dual-pin mounting configuration. Tall post tuners are used for the wound strings and shorter post tuners are used for the plain strings. Staggered tuners increase the break angle over the nut and improve tuning stability.

Die Tuner sind supereinfach zu montieren, da die vorhandenen Bohrungen für Tuner und Führungsstifte der Standard-Serie passen.

Nach meinen ersten Erfahrungen ist die Stimmstabilität ein wenig, aber nicht entscheidend besser geworden. Saitenwechsel geht aber schneller und die Saitenenden können ganz kurz abgeschnitten werden (gut für Gigbags).

Das Set enthält 3 Mechaniken mit kurzen und 3 mit langen Spindeln für die tiefen Saiten. Die D-Saite liegt deshalb etwas hoch, wenn sie nicht mit mehreren Windungen aufgezogen wird (bei den Mechaniken der Standard-Serie sind es 4 kurze und 2 lange Spindeln).

passt problemlos auf meine HH-Tele, sieht hübscher aus als mit den Originalen und die Stimmung bleibt auch stabiler. der Preis ist auch ok

Beste Mechaniken

Locking Tuner sind bei all meinen Gitarren mittlerweile ein Muss. Praktisch und stimmstabil.
Konnte ich ohne zusätzliches Bohren o.ä. auf meiner Fender Player Strat montieren.

Obligatorisches Upgrade

Très très bon. Bien sur ça n'est pas le seul élément à revoir afin de garder sa guitare accordée mais très bon et très joli ! Faire juste attention pour le montage, j'ai du percer ma tête (de la guitare hein !) car la mécanique se présente avec une petite butée qui n'était pas prévue sur ma guitare, rien de bien méchant... J'aime aussi beaucoup le look du coup que ça donne !

Gute, wertige Locking-Tuner's
Dran denken: die werden rückseitig nicht verschraubt sondern halten sich mit zwei 'pin's' im Holz. Die Löcher dazu sind schon vorhanden wenn man eine original Fender spielt, ansonsten müssen die kleinen Löcher gebohrt werden.
Das musste ich auch bei meiner Blacktop-Tele machen.

Aber dann: Draht rein, Rändelschraube anziehen, tunen, - Gut!

Die Locking Tuners verhindern ein Nachstimmen während dem Spielen und hält die Gitarre 'in tune'.
