Variants
Moderate output humbucker. Great for jazz, country, blues, funk, classic rock and heavy rock.
Provides an articulate and clear tone. Great for fast runs. The brighter tone has slightly less output and is a good match with most bridge pickups. When distorted, the tone is full and bright. Smooth sustain. Compared to the SH-1 '59 Model, the Jazz has slightly less output and a more detailed treble response. Comes with four-conductor hookup cable.
For balanced and warm instruments. Works especially well with mahogany bodies and rosewood fingerboards. Also works great with hollow and semi-hollow body guitars.

...The neck pickup produces a smooth, warm, and clear tone, and sounds fantastic with distortion! The bridge pickup is bright and aggressive, working very well in crunch and classic rock distortion settings! However, these pickups are not ideal for high-gain users unless you drop D tuning and have plenty of gain in your pre-amplifier... Overall, they are very well-suited. Be sure to use a high-quality volume pot; the set responds very well to volume changes, dynamically adjusting the gain level! I have them on my Blacktop Telecaster, and the difference is immediately noticeable... Buy!
