I am a complete beginner and have nothing to compare this guitar with. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the overall build, quality and sound of this guitar, given the price of just over CHF 200. If I manage to improve I might buy another guitar but would imagine keeping this one. I like the sound and feel of this guitar. The sunburst model I bought looks great. I have only tried it through a very small practice amp so it’s not a great test of the sound quality but sounds very nice to me. Overall I’m very pleased with this guitar. It required some adjustments and intonation is not perfect. But I think that’s expected with a guitar at this price.
For the price, this is an excellent guitar. There are no cosmetic issues. The neck is beautiful, and the fretboard is cleanly finished. After all the adjustments and new strings (D'Addario NY XL 09-42) were installed, the guitar plays perfectly and stays in tune. It also sounds good with the small Fender Champion 20 amplifier.
