The TAD ™ 6V6GT-CZ has been in the TAD product line since 2020. A beam pentode with 14 watts of anode power loss with convection cooling. The TAD ™ 6V6GT-CZ is characterized by the fact that it can also withstand increased anode voltage (max. 500V) and grid-2 voltage (max. 450V) compared to regular 6V6GT. This makes it particularly suitable for amplifiers with increased requirements such as Jim Kelly and as a reliable solution for power amplifiers that operate in the saturation range; a mode often found in guitar amplifiers. Higher clarity and peak amplification can be expected in HiFi amplifiers. The TAD ™ 6V6GT-CZ can be used directly in place of 6V6, 6V6GTA, 6V6GTY, 6V6Y, 5871, 7184 or equivalent types.
